Condition: Fine Used (F). Reasonably good centering and strong violet-blue colour. The main weakness is the heavy multiple black cancellation, which crosses Victoria’s portrait and much of the design and substantially reduces eye appeal. Perforations are substantially complete, though somewhat irregular. The reverse is comparatively clean, with only light age toning.
